We decided to engage Build Professional to undertake a major extension and renovation of our family home after we had met with them several times. Our hopes were high going into the project, and we are delighted with how they were not only met but well and truly exceeded. We have been delivered a quality home that we love living in.

We are so pleased with the results of our renovation by Build Professional, which has transformed our pokey 1970s home into a light, calming and functional space for our family. Professional, robust processes and procedures, open communication, and design conscious without sacrificing function. The design was so much more beautiful and functional than we had imagined. It was also within budget.

No detail was too small for the BP team. Matt and team were good communicators and always clearly set out our options. We're extremely satisfied with our home and the quality of the works undertaken. BP helped us modernise a late 70s home and we now have something contemporary and beautiful which we're very proud of.

Our renovation was delivered on time, aligned to our budget and exceeded our expectations. BP produced cost-effective design alternatives we hadn't considered, and their team demonstrated flexibility when we introduced late design changes — remaining within time and budget. At all times we felt that Matt Hall was available to us and cared about our project. The construction process was smooth and the team, led by Tim, were very easy to deal with.
